Sauté until the prosciutto is slightly crisped. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce, and salt. Cook for a few minutes, on medium-high heat stirring occasionally. Add in cream and mix thoroughly. Add in vodka and cook for 5 minutes. Allow time for the alcohol too cook off. To serve, pour the sauce over the cooked pasta.
Combine the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Place the tin on top and shake for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker tin is frosty! Strain over ice into a rocks glass OR serve straight up (no ice) in a cocktail glass! Garnish with a lemon and Luxardo cherry if desired.

1. Apples: Tree Vodka ($29) Liquor.com / Laura Sant. Made near Rochester, New York, this eau-de-vie-like vodka from Rootstock Spirits is made from New York State apples. The distillery plants its own apple trees, and then grows and presses the apples on site before distilling the juice.
Dissolve 1 package of grape Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, and stir until fully dissolved. Add 1/4 cup of cold water, 3/4 cup of blackberry vodka, and 1/8 teaspoon of ginger powder. Stir well, and cool slightly before pouring into cups. For a snazzy garnish, drop a single blackberry in each cup before chilling.

Rinse your glass with strongly flavored spirits or liqueurs. Try a Pineapple Lime Vodka Soda with Absinthe Rinse: Pour a small amount of absinthe (about 1/4 oz) into a tall glass. Swirl to coat the glass and then discard the liquid. Add three chunks of pineapple and muddle. Fill the glass with ice.
